New Member. •. 11 Messages. The tech at the ATT store today said this was not a problem with my phone; he thought it was something related to my ATT service. The reason he said this is he put a new SIM card in my phone and LTE still didn't work. Then he put that same (new) SIM card in a new device they had in the store and LTE still didn't work.Dec 10, 2022 · 2. Check Cellular Data Settings.
