Ranis Drakan hitting through appropriate prayers? 1. I just finished A Taste of Hope. Ranis was a real bitch, considering my prayers only seemed to partially protect from damage. Prayed magic until 25%, but was regularly hit by his magic attacks. When protecting from melee in the last phase, he kept hitting me for 1-3 damage. Can't defeat Drakan in Lord of Vampyrium quest.
